  • Active Express Entry profile.
  • Job Seeker Validation Code or proof of enrollment in a PGWP-eligible program at a designated post-secondary institution.
  • Currently residing in New Brunswick.
  • Valid language test scores in English or French equal to Canadian Language Benchmark Level 7 (CLB 7).
  1. Skilled Workers Stream

This stream is for individuals who have secured a full-time, permanent job offer from a New Brunswick employer.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Intent to reside in New Brunswick.
  • A full-time permanent job offer from an eligible employer with a supporting letter.
  • Minimum Canadian secondary diploma or equivalent foreign credential.
  • Age between 19 and 55 years.
  • Valid language test scores in English or French equal to Canadian Language Benchmark Level 4 (CLB 4).
  1. Business Immigration Stream

For those looking to invest and actively manage a business in New Brunswick, this stream is an excellent option.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Eligible connection to New Brunswick to submit an Expression of Interest.
  • Academic degree requiring at least three years of full-time study or a specific trade diploma requiring two years of study.
  • Minimum personal net worth of $600,000 CAD, with at least $300,000 CAD readily available and unencumbered.
  • Age between 22 and 55 years.
  • Valid language test scores in English or French equal to Canadian Language Benchmark Level 5 (CLB 5).
  1. Strategic Initiative Stream

Designed for Francophone workers who wish to contribute to New Brunswick’s economy, this stream facilitates permanent residency for those with the necessary skills and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Intent to reside in New Brunswick.
  • A qualifying connection to the province.
  • Minimum Canadian secondary diploma or equivalent foreign credential.
  • Required settlement funds.
  • Age between 19 and 55 years.
  • Valid language test scores in French equal to Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) 5.
