  2. Self-Employment Selection Criteria:
    • You will be evaluated based on several factors, including your experience, education, age, language skills, and adaptability. You must accumulate a minimum of 35 points from a maximum of 100 points in these areas to qualify for immigration as a business immigrant.
  3. Medical, Security, and Other Requirements:
    • You and your family members must undergo a medical examination and provide police clearance certificates. Additionally, you must demonstrate sufficient financial resources to support yourself and any dependents upon your arrival in Canada.

  • Major Group 52: Technical roles in art, culture, recreation, and sport, including:
